What does working with me look like?
Choosing someone to work on your webshop or website is a big decision. You want to know who you're dealing with, what you're paying for, and what happens if things don't go as planned. Those are fair questions. And you deserve honest answers. That's why I lay out exactly how we work together, step by step, so you can decide with confidence and without any pressure.
Process
From first call to launch
You get a store or website you manage yourself, without touching code. These are the steps.
Let's talk about your project01. Intake
We start with a conversation. I want to know what your business does, what's getting in the way right now and what the new site needs to achieve. That shapes the rest of the project.
02. Scope & Proposal
Then I write down what I'll deliver, when, and for what fixed price. If something is still uncertain, that's in there too.
03. Build
I build in short rounds and show you regularly where things stand. The sooner you give feedback, the less has to be redone later.
04. Iteration
I act on feedback quickly. If the scope changes along the way, we talk about it right then, not when the invoice arrives.
05. Handover
You get a site that's set up, tested and live. On Shopify projects I make sure you can manage the store yourself from day one. After that you can still call me with questions.
06. Maintenance & Support
After launch I keep your site up to date: updates, fixes and small improvements. You're not stuck in an expensive contract full of services you don't use. You call when you need something.
